The Di Marco family, bakers for over 100 years, created Pinsa in Rome. Master baker Corrado Di Marco and his wife, a renowned nutritionist from a famous baking family, developed a revolutionary, healthy, and delicious pizza dough.
The Original Pinsaria Pinsa is Non-GMO
Pinsa uses the finest NON-GMO rice, soy, and wheat flours, making it crunchy on the outside, yet soft and light on the inside.
The Original Pinsaria Pinsa is Light + All Natural
Pinsa is made with 80-90% water, Di Marco’s Mother sour dough, NON-GMO flours, EVOO, a bit of yeast and salt. No added fats, sugars, or preservatives.
